Clean it... don't paint it!

• Homeowners... don't paint when you can enjoy the advantages of having your walls and ceilings professionally cleaned.
• Cleaning is less expensive than painting.
• If you repeatedly paint your walls and trim, the paint eventually builds up, making doors and windows difficult to open and close. Multiple layers of paint are also more prone to flaking and peeling.
• We remove the dirt instead of covering it up. Paint merely covers up dirt and grime. If you paint over crayon marks or anything with oil or grease in it, you risk having the stain "bleed" through the paint. We remove the underlying stains so they don't show up later.
• We can clean "popcorn" ceilings. (as shown in the top photo on the left) If you paint a sprayed on acoustic "popcorn" ceiling, you reduce its sound-deadening properties and eliminate most of its fire-retarding properties. Cleaning is a much better solution than painting for these types of ceilings.
• The photo also demontrates the fact that we can clean walls with wallpaper on them. Why paint over your wallpaper when you can have it professionally cleaned in less time and for less money than having it painted.
